Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while still giving you flexibility.

You may cancel your designated driver booking up to 6 hours before your scheduled pick‑up time to receive a full refund*. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pick‑up time are not eligible for a refund.
