Cancellation Policy

Our Cancelation Policy is designed to provide customers with the flexibility they need while also maintaining fairness. Customers may cancel their designated driver service up to 6 hours prior to their scheduled pick-up time to receive a full* refund. A processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund. We thank you for choosing our designated driver service and understanding our cancellation policy.
