Cancellation Policy

A minimum deposit required to hold a time slot for your pick up. All deposits are refundable as long as your ride is cancelled 6 hours* prior to your pick up time. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be applied to all reservations that are cancelled by the client. *Cancellation timing is dependent upon how long it takes the team to reach you from Barrie, Ontario. For example, if we are picking you up an hour away from Barrie, 7 hours notice is required. Please read the full cancellation policy for more details.
